Refunds

Bought in the App Store or Google Play

Apple and Google handle all refunds for purchases made in the Japanify app. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves.

Bought on our website (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay)

Email info@japanifytours.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email. We refund in full if you have not started the tour or used the planner, or if something does not work and we cannot fix it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 days.

Japanify Pass

The days start at your first walk. If you have not started a walk yet, we refund it in full on request.
